Westcord Hotels, a prestigious hotel chain based in the Netherlands and home to some of the country’s most iconic establishments like Hotel New York in Rotterdam, was facing a shortage of young staff and sought to attract more young employees to join their team.
In response, the company decided to leverage TikTok, aiming to reach ambitious individuals on the platform who met their job criteria.
In collaboration with Westcord, we launched a recruitment campaign on TikTok, employing the traffic objective alongside Spark ads.
The campaign featured videos of employees speaking directly to the camera, sharing compelling reasons to join Westcord, and concluded with a persuasive call to action.
This strategy proved highly effective, achieving a cost per click of €0.13 and a remarkable click-through rate of 4.2%, surpassing their target by 132%.
